Learn how the CAT4 Suite can assist you with caring for your Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) patient population and integrating Multicultural Health into your practice.
This session will provide you with knowledge on:
- How to identify and capture information specific to language and culture
- How to identify patients missing demographic and clinical information within their record
- How to apply filters and cross tabulate reports to target a patient cohort
- Identifying patients eligible for Health Assessments and Care Plans
- Identifying patients eligible for CALD specific health programs
